Membership and Online Courses
When you sign up for our online courses, you agree to use the content for personal use only and not for educational or commercial purposes. Using our videos, content, intellectual property, patterns, and designs without a license is strictly prohibited. If you would like to discuss a license for your institution or workplace, please contact us at info@rjleatherstudio.com.
Booking and Payment
Course bookings made via our website, phone, or in person are deemed to accept the terms and conditions stated in this section. Upon placing your order with rebecca-jane.com, you will receive an email receipt of your purchase. We will then contact you shortly to confirm your booking and the dates that you have requested. If the dates you requested are already full, we will be in touch to discuss alternative dates that suit you.
Cancellation and Refunds for In-Person Courses
Once your course date has been confirmed, if you are unable to attend for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy for you to send a friend in your place or change to an alternative date, but refunds are not possible. If you notify us more than 14 days before the course, then we can change the date free of charge. If you notify us less than 14 days before the course, then you will be charged an admin fee of £50, due to overheads and staff costs.
Cancellation Due to RJ Leather Studio Staff Sickness
If for any reason the course cannot run due to staff sickness, we will notify you as soon as possible. We ideally would like to reschedule your course, however, if a date cannot be arranged, then a full refund is possible. We are not responsible for consequential costs.
Shop/Kit/Gift Voucher Purchases
We hand-cut and prepare each order from the studio in Lancing. We aim for orders to be dispatched within 7 days of purchase. If you require the purchase to be dispatched quicker, please email us at info@rjleatherstudio.com to arrange. Gift vouchers should be redeemed within 365 days of purchase.
