• Logo design, packaging, and branding strategy

Month 2: Design & Development

• Exploring handbag and fashion product shapes, patterns, and construction

• Conceptual design and collection planning with sketchbook development

• Capturing brand-building content by documenting your journey

Month 3: Collection Creation

• Designing your first capsule collection

• Sourcing materials, creating mood boards, and specifying design details

Month 4: Production & Pricing

• Learning about pricing, margins, wholesale vs. retail, and finding manufacturers

• Website setup, product photography, lookbook creation, and styling

Month 5: Marketing & Launch

• Building your marketing strategy and planning your launch

• Writing compelling copy, gathering testimonials, and building an email list

• Final goal-setting and business growth planning

Bonus: A 30-minute 1-2-1 consultancy Zoom call with Rebecca, bookable any time after the program ends.
